What payment options are there at PANIMPEX NV?
After adding products to your shopping cart, you can view your cart and proceed to checkout.
When you arrive at the page “CHECKOUT” you will be asked to in or register, no guest check-out possible.
European customers will receive the 0% intracommunautarian VAT rate upon registering their valid VAT number. Belgian customers always receive the 21% VAT rate.
Enter all your details as correctly as possible, wrong details make for wrong orders and wrong deliveries.
Once you have entered your personal details, you can make your choice in one of our +10 different “PAYMENT METHODS”.
We work together with one of the largest players on the market offering secure payment options.
After you have indicated your choice, click on “PLACE ORDER”, and follow the steps in your secure connection with your payment method.
As soon as you have made the payment you will receive a message that the payment has been completed.

CREDIT CARD VISA & MASTERCARD are No. 1 & 2 in credit cards worldwide. Easy and safe payment. Transaction costs are at the charge of PANIMPEX NV unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are valid for 1 year and to be renewed every year. A renewal invite is e-mailed.
Additional subscriptions for additional gateways are synced with the base account subscription and are calculated pro-rata of the remaining days of the general account subscription renewal date for the first subscription year.
Subscriptions are non refundable.
If you choose not to renew your subscription you will still be able to log in and download your data. Data will be received from your sensors and gateways up to 30 days after the expiry of your active subscription.
When renewing more than 6 months after the expiry date your renewal date is reset.
Return and Refund Policy
Return purchased goods
An ordered product is defective or damaged upon reception:
We do everything we can to package and ship your order as well as possible. In exceptional cases it could happen that you still receive a defective product.
To handle such an unpleasant situation quickly and effectively, please contact us immediately upon reception so that an appropriate arrangement can be made.
If a product was damaged during transport, you must also follow the return procedure!

How to return a defective or damaged product?

We will send you a return form (also found at the bottom) with which you can return the product free of charge. Fill in this form completely, possibly using photos that show that the packaging has been damaged.
PANIMPEX NV provides further instructions on how the return shipment will proceed. You can use the original packaging for the return (but remove the sticker from the courier!). The product must be complete, so include all accessories.
How can I return a product that is not defective (possibly wrong purchase)?
We will send you a return form (also available at the bottom) with which you can return the product, but you must pay for the transport costs yourself. Fill in this form completely with the correct product details of your bad purchase.

REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
